That is a busy day!! You definitely have every reason to want to focus on school and not stress out about other stuff.
Maybe you could do 5 minutes of plyos first thing in the morning and 5 minutes of ST at night (squats, planks, pushups, etc.) That little bit would still be something. You could also go for walks around the building during breaks in class?
Good luck with everything!

Hey...I just wanted to say that if you ask any diet/nutrition expert out there and they will all tell you that nutrition is 80% of the game. So I would just walk your mile (don't stress about) and focus on making good decisions on the food side. :)

Also...if you ARE super worried about the exercise remember than just 10 minutes of exercise can boost your metabolism for up to 90 minutes afterwards. So take 10 minutes after you put the kids down to do something (jump rope, high knees, squat jumps, etc...) Or Jillian Michaels makes a DVD called the 30 Day Shred. It consists of 3 workouts that are all 20 minutes in length. So you could do that after you put your kiddos to sleep. You can find it on Amazon for like $10. Just some ideas...hang in there!!!

You are NOT alone! I would love to look like that but after 4 kids...it's not going to happen without surgery. Ugh! I would love to change up my menu. I do know that food prices are going way up! It's getting harder and harder to eat healthy but I'm still going to stick with it. That's all it takes is persistence, right? Can't wait to hear your game plan.

Thank you so much. You know, something drastic isn't going to change a thing about my cycle of good and bad. Instead, I've got to concentrate on why I self sabotage, and extremely so when under stress... which is my constant state of being these days.

So. Do you think some drastic outside measure will help you with the b-side that always comes to you after a period of success?

I just wonder if there isn't something in your mind or your heart that you need to think about first, so you will actually allow yourself to succeed.

You're tough on yourself. And you're under enormous pressure. I just want you to set yourself up for success.

I am so cyclical like this, too, and it is so discouraging and frustrating. The last 3-4 weeks of the Move It or Lose It Challenge on Mamavation were a disaster, I was actually gaining weight! And it wasn't even from going completely off the wagon. Grrr...I've moved over to avoiding grains and sugar. Really hoping for some good results with this, especially with gardening season here. I have never gotten around to do the OAMC thing, but what I do is just make a list of meal & snack options from what is in the pantry, fridge & freezer and hang it on the side of my fridge. That way, the choices are already there...Good luck!

I've done cooking once a week and that saved my butt when I was a vegan in undergrad and eating healthy in grad school. Sunday was devoted to the kitchen and packaging food. Good luck finding your groove. You'll get there, don't give up.
