Fitness Friday… again
Welcome to another Fitness Friday! After last week’s great weight loss, I had high hopes for this week since I stuck to a similar schedule… until yesterday when my workload forced an unplanned rest day and a pizza dinner.
I’m hoping it wasn’t enough to cause a gain, and if I can at least maintain, I’ll be pretty pleased for this week. So here’s this week’s workout schedule:
Saturday: 3.5 mile beach hike
Sunday: rest day
Monday: 20 min, 1.65 mile neighborhood walk; 20min Pilates; 15min Enviga Abs; 10min Tank Top Arms (all On Demand)
Tuesday: 1hr Walk & Tone with Chris Freytag (On Demand)
Wednesday: Leslie Sansone 2mi walk; 30min 21 Day Cardio (both On Demand)
Thursday: workload enforced rest day
Friday: TBA
I have lost my workout mojo for the week thanks to too much work, and I’m feeling some vague concern about how this workload is going to jive with the return of grad classes in a month without sitting the kid in front of the tv all week…
I wonder how much it cost for someone to come here and watch her for a few hours, a few times a week?
BONUS: today’s super talent? I can sing the ABC song while typing a blog post.
